This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a diverse and dynamic independent estate agent in Bristol. You will be provided with full training and great career progression.

What the Sales Negotiator will be doing:
• Conducting viewings and selling the key features of the property
• Negotiating with clients
• Keep updated with properties on the system
• Effectively deal with phone enquiries
• Registering and recording details
• Actively encourage viewings of properties
• A driving licence is essential

What the Sales Negotiator should bring:
• Helpful and efficient attitude to dealing with customers from the outset and through to completion.
• Negotiating as required to facilitate a sale.
• Property industry experience

What the Sales Negotiate will get in return:
You will receive a basic salary of up to £27,000 + uncapped commission scheme and benefit scheme.
