Remuneration: up to £35,000 + bonus

The role of the CAD Technician/Draughtsman – Bespoke Joinery & Metalwork will involve:

* CAD Technician position dealing with a range of bespoke joinery and metalwork for shopfitting projects

* Liaising with clients to gain a full understanding of project

* Reviewing technical drawings from architects

* Producing 2D designs using AutoCAD / Inventor

* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders providing support and resolving queries

* Ensure designs meet quality standards, building regulations, and H&S requirements

* Working on projects ranging in value from £30,000 - £500,000

The ideal applicant will be a CAD Technician/Draughtsman – Bespoke Joinery & Metalwork with:

* Must have 2+ years design experience within the joinery, metalwork or fitout market sector

* Must have experience producing designs for manufacture

* AutoCAD / Inventor experience

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Good team player who also works well individually
