R13 are pleased to be supporting an award-winning Norwich-based business in their search for a Project Manager.. Integral in the growth and success of the company, the focus of this role will be enhancing the efficiency of business operations and delivery of projects.
This is a full time, permanent position working 8am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a salary of £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
This is a brand-new role with huge opportunity to influence modernisation and systemisation changes the business are making to enhance service delivery and optimise time.

The day to day
System development contribution:
* Contributing to the set up of a brand new project planning system using bespoke software
* Creating designated “job cards” for each step of the project process onto the software
Project coordination:
* Set up of new jobs onto the system
* Allocation of relevant resources to each job
* Tracking each job card for completion / timings
* Liaising with external parties to schedule any required licenses etc
* Reporting back on any delays – coordinate reallocation of resources if required
* Ongoing client and internal liaison to assure all parties are updated
* Analysing project success and looking to consistently improve project performance.
* Occasionally visiting sites.
You will have/be
* Previous experience in works-based project planning and coordination, with good working knowledge of related project software. Good general IT skills
* Proactive and adaptable nature, with the ability to problem solve and improve processes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organised, and ability to manage multiple projects.
