Role: Service Transition Manager

-Senior role, leading the final phase of service transition.
-Knowledge / experience of service monitoring, service catalogue and service provisioning.
-ITIL qualified an advantage but knowledge essential.
-Strong stakeholder management and communication.
-Resilient.
-Experience and / or knowledge of ServiceNow an advantage.
-Ability to lead a small team but a much broader matrix of internal functions.

Rate: Inside IR35
Location: Likely to be 3 days a week onsite in London or Southampton
Duration: 6 months
Must be eligible for SC clearance
