We are currently recruiting for a temporary Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join a housing association in the East Midland's. The role will aim to provide tenancy sustainment for individuals who have been or are at risk of homelessness.

Job title: Tenancy Sustainment Officer
Location: Derbyshire
Hours: 35hours a week (Flexible working hours)
Hourly Rate: £17-19hr via umbrella

The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be responsible for:

Process referrals and sign tenants up for services
Help with money management e.g. maximise income and managing finances
Agreeing housing plans with tenants
Taking tenants to appointments
Property inspections
Assess welfare of tenants
The ideal Tenancy Sustainment Officer will have to be :

From a supported housing background or have worked within social housing previously
A great communicator and leader, showing compassion and support to vulnerable people
Experienced in supporting people apply for relevant benefits to maximise income and support tenancy sustainment
A UK driving license
