Location: Little Thetford
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days Only

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading FMCG manufacturing company? We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance of our reputable client’s state-of-the-art production equipment and systems.

Maintenance Engineers Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
Ensure the smooth operation of production lines to minimize downtime.
Work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintenance Engineers Key Requirements:

Multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Qualified in Engineering, with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
