Production Manager

Scope of Job - Production Manager
The Production Manager, will occupy a pivotal role within the business that involves
setting the pace for the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and
driving the team to achieve excellence. This role will sit within the company’s Senior
Leadership Team, offering strategic direction, fostering a productive work
environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality parts to customers. The role
holder will be required to work closely with supporting functions in the achievement of
KPI’s.

Knowledge Required - Production Manager

* Knowledge of Production Planning techniques

* CNC Machining and Metal fabrications

* Demonstrable Knowledge of ISO9001 Standards

* Demonstrable Knowledge of AS9100 Standards

* Computer literate, particularly MS Excel and Outlook

* Standard Operating Procedures

* Lean Manufacturing including Visual Management

Qualifications & Experience - Production Manager

* Minimum 3 years career experience in an Engineering and Manufacturing environment

* Engineering Degree / HND / HNC

* Experience in a precision machining environment

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including speaking with customers
