Job Title: CNC Turner Setter Operator

Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm

Rate: £15 - £18 p/h

The Job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator to join a growing team. That person will be capable of setting up and running machining centres to produce quality parts to specification, checking their own work using a variety of measuring equipment.

Working within a fast-paced workshop based in Draycott, Derbyshire, your role will see you setting Haas lathes and running off parts to a high quality. Other key responsibilities include:

* Interpreting technical drawings to produce parts to the drawing specification.

* Where necessary running multiple machines when on running jobs.

* Working on small batches of high-quality parts with a right first-time attitude.

* Able and willing to look at processes to improve productivity where possible to accelerate output within the company.

Requirements

* Setting and operating CNC lathes centres

* Reading and interpreting drawings

* Self-inspecting work
