Exciting Opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a new opportunity? Our client in Cumbria is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team on a permanent basis. If you have a strong background in conveyancing and sales, this could be the perfect role for you.

About this position:

The role will involve sales, purchases, leases, and agricultural work for a wide range of clients, including charitable trusts.  It will also require the development and maintenance of both new and existing client relationships, and the supervision of a trainee.

Experience in business sales and acquisitions for SME’s would be welcomed.

There is also opportunity for progression to a head of department role, and further.

Key Requirements:

Experience in commercial property law

Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes

Proven track record in sales within the legal sector

A passion for quality

Outstanding communication skills and client care

The desire to help others progress and to grow our business

A positive attitude towards change, innovation, and technology

A good sense of humour
