What's expected from a Teaching assistant in Merthyr Tydfil?

You should be able to help control the classroom to ensure a smooth, efficient lesson.
Be comfortable in taking pupils on a 1 to 1 basis and taking the lead of small groups!
Some good experience as a Teaching Assistant in Primary schools is desirable.
Good experience working with children in some capacity is essential.
