Job Title: General Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000
Location: Bromley
Overview:
My client, a leading Legal 500 regional law firm, are seeking a pragmatic and career driven Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team in Bromley. You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative team that as well as being listed in the legal 500, is now one of the biggest teams in the southeast.
The current workload is widespread and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters such as property & land disputes, landlord & tenant as well as debt recovery, contentious probate and contractual/consumer disputes.
Duties include:
Providing expert advice on litigation processes, procedures and legislation
Supporting and advising clients on a comprehensive range of personal matters
Ensuring all aspects of the matter are fully recorded
Contribute to business development strategy and identify opportunities to promote the firm both within own work type and other areas
The successful candidate will have/be:
2 – 5 years PQE in a similar field
Experience delivering excellent customer care in a legal environment
Qualified and eligible to practice as a Solicitor in England
Package:
£55,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
