Job Title – Combustion Engineer

My client is a leading provider in property services, and they have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Combustion Engineer to join their Facilities Management mobile team supporting their clients based in the London & Southeast region.

The main objective is for you to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to HVAC plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Mechanical Services. Due to the nature of the work, we are exceptionally keen to speak to candidates with a strong background in building services within a commercial & domestic market.

Person Specification

* Knowledge of Commercial & Domestic heating systems with relevant qualifications

* Purging experience & relevant qualifications

* Previous FM experience working across multiple sites

* Strong Building services experience, knowledge & understanding of building compliance.

* Have previously worked as a mobile engineer.

Education:

* Mechanical qualifications from a known institution (C&Gs/NVQ)

* HVAC qualification/experience

* Time served apprenticeship (mechanical)

* Diving license
