IT Support Engineer - macOS
Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer, able to give support on various projects and requirements, from a technology perspective, on a day-to-day basis?
As macOS IT Support engineer, this is a very interesting role for the right individual. You will be supporting within a creative context and as such must have an adaptable “can do” forward thinking attitude where nothing is impossible! You will be London based but this role is far from dull and so you also need to be willing to work in multiple locations. You are part of a team but your role is very key and you will be well rewarded whilst being prepared to be on call evenings/weekends for remote work, as and when necessary. With the right planning and attention to detail, this will be kept to a minimum. You will work alongside an existing IT department but have a separate and primary agenda of looking after VIP and family needs too.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is both tech-savvy and client facing and willing ‘roll your sleeves up’ and work on a wide range of tasks, with every day being different.

A sample of requirements, but not limited to:

Will work alongside an existing IT department but with a separate and primary agenda of looking after VIP and family needsre IT and peripheral IT related tasks..
Excellent knowledge of both Apple and Android mobile devices (and related software)
Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange and other Microsoft packages
Experience with in-home entertainment facilities such as Sky TV (multi-box set up) / Apple TV / smart TVs / gaming consoles.
Ability to manage and maintain Wi-Fi networks across multiple sites.
Experience of assessing existing infrastructure and suggesting appropriate improvements
Instagram/social media savvy
Maintenance of required software and hardware.
Provide support in person, on the phone or even through the computer.
Help to solve technical issues and communicate them in a non-techy way so they are easily understood by non-technical individuals.
Great product knowledge/guidance/good listener/able to be relied uponAs Mac IT Support Analyst you must have Apple macOS IT troubleshooting skills, be well organised and able to work under pressure to deadlines in a busy environment. You must be self-motivated and positive with a good deskside manner. You will be helpful to other members of the team and be confident, punctual and reliable.
