We are looking for a data driven Performance Marketing Manager to join a growing business in the SaaS sector. This technical Marketing role will need someone passionate about data, with lots of experience in Paid Social Media /PPC and tons of B2B marketing experience.
Job duties:
* Take ownership of the global digital marketing strategy
* Manage significant budgets across multiple channels
* Drive lead acquisition and brand awareness
* Execute scalable, data driven marketing campaigns, optimising marketing technology
* Manage and optimise paid media budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI)
* Drive lead acquisition through paid media channels
* Work directly with HubSpot to map addressable audiences, track engagement and intent, and optimise activity
Skills & experience required:
* Strong B2B performance marketing experience
* Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and significant budgets
* Experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta Ads Manager
* Passionate about data with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with raw data, connected datasets, pivot tables etc
* Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
* Desirable: Google Ads certification and experience with Clearbit, Figma and Microsoft Power BI
