Our client, is seeking a Planning Director to spearhead their town planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base
Developing and executing strategic plans for town planning projects
Overseeing and guiding the planning team to ensure excellent project delivery
Maintaining high standards of work across all town planning activities
Collaborating with the existing directors to steer the growth and direction of the company
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Job Requirements:
Solid experience in town planning, with a deep understanding of the sector
Proven track record in generating and managing new business
Experience in a director-level role or as an associate director looking to step up
Strong leadership and management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Flexibility to adapt to changing client and project needs
