Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations within the department.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for the management team.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
Work closely with other teams to ensure financial objectives align with overall organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate financial records and safeguard organisation's assets.
Contribute to the development of financial strategies and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
An understanding of the public sector and non-profit financial regulations.
