Job Title: Site Lead

Location: Mayfair

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Salary: £45,000

About the Role:

* I am seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Engineer or Supervisor to join my client’s team, to be based at a site in Mayfair.

* In this role, you will primarily oversee maintenance tasks across this large building where you will spend a mixture of your day focusing on leadership/management duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary.

* This site will have a team of 5 engineers, reporting into the successful candidate daily, in which you will report back to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

* Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

* Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements.

* Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.

* Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

* Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance leadership or management role.

* Knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and M&E systems.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

* Driving licence is desired, not essential
