This Principal contractor has been operating for over a century across the residential, commercial, heritage, MOD, Medical, Leisure and Education sector. With an average project value ranging from £1million - £20million, this main contractor specialises in high quality refurbishment schemes.

About the role of a Senior Site Manager

The Senior Site Manager candidate will be the Number one on site reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager for a re cladding residential refurbishment scheme.

Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager

Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety.
Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
Manage and Motivate the Site team and subcontractors
Run weekly progress meetings and Health & Safety meetingsRequirements for the Senior Site Manager role

Experience with residential re cladding schemes up to £10million.
Number one on site delivery experience, seeing a project through from start to finish
SMSTS
CSCS
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management desired
