We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Junior Designer based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

Develop proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit software to gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of technical design.
Demonstrate strong listening, communication, numeracy, organisational, and IT skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Adhere to all company procedures and policies, including quality, health, and safety guidelines.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with a desire to develop practical solutions.
Convert verbal and written information into accurate two-dimensional drawings for on-site construction, demonstrating attention to detail.
Build, develop, and maintain good relationships with external customers and subcontractors.
Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
Show a willingness to undertake future training and continue personal development.

Essential:

Proven experience in designing within the Mechanical & Electrical industry.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD or Revit.
Desirable:

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Interview Process:

The selection process consists of two stages: the first interview will be conducted via Teams, followed by a final face-to-face interview.
