About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team for a high-profile commercial fit-out project based in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installations, team leadership, and ensuring the smooth delivery of electrical works within commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the electrical team on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Must be good with QA
*
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in a commercial fit-out setting.
*
Ensure that all electrical work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
*
Liaise with the project management team to ensure project timelines are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
*
Monitor and manage resources, including tools, equipment, and materials.
*
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure the site adheres to health and safety standards.
*
Provide technical support to the electrical team and assist with troubleshooting when necessary.
*
Maintain accurate records of work completed and report progress to senior management.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably within commercial fit-out projects.
*
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards (17th or 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations, City & Guilds).
*
Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, and fault finding.
*
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
*
In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
*
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
*
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
*
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Desirable:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
*
Previous experience working on commercial fit-out projects in London.
*
A valid CSCS card and First Aid certification.
