Role & Responsibilities

Oversee / manage 3 Quantity Surveyors reporting into the Managing Director
Commercially manage fit out projects such as offices and commercial builds
Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
Complete / submit variations
Ensure projects are completed within budget.

Required Knowledge & Experience

BSc Quantity surveying.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
Experience Quantity surveying looking to manage
Full UK driving license.
