PERMANENT FINANICAL ADMINISTRATOR – MALBOROUGH, WILTSHIRE, SALARY NEGOTIABLE

Daily duties are likely to involve:-
* Being an integral part of the team, you will provide the backbone of the admin tasks and act as the first point of contact providing a fabulous first class service
* Speaking to customers with general enquires and queries
* Ensuring that you work to guidelines and compliance whilst preparing correspondence
* Processing new business and preparation of client packs
* Arranging meeting and managing diaries
In return, what we need from you:-
* A sparkling personality with the ability to multi-task
* High organisational skills, able to converse at all levels whilst maintaining a professional manner
* Be able to produce work to a high standard, proofreading where accuracy is paramount
* Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams
* Due to the nature of the business you will be subject to satisfactory references, DBS check and a credit check
