3rd Line Support Engineer

Onsite- Daventry

£32,000- £40,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

I have partnered with a large property company who are looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join their helpdesk. The candidate will be responsible for IT related projects and assisting with helpdesk support; dealing with escalations from 1st and 2nd line, and acting as a mentor for more Junior engineers.

Requirements:

Great understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Servers (Apply online only)
Active Directory management + deployment
Experience with firewalls management
Networking- DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN
Virtual machine experience- Hyper-V/VMWare/Citrix management + maintenance
Office 365 administration
Dealing with escalations from 1st/2nd line support
Involved with project based work- implementation + migrationThid is a great opportunity to work closely with the service delivery manager and help lead the team and exciting projects.
