This role will involve working in various Co-Op stores across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks, focusing on joinery and general building fabric repairs.

* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.

* Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to deliver comprehensive facilities services.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

* Travel between Co-Op stores in Sheffield and surrounding areas to complete maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in facilities management, with joinery as the primary trade.

* Demonstrated stability in previous roles, indicating reliability and commitment.

* Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Valid UK driving license.
