Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Littlehampton
Salary: £40k - £50k + package

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the South that specializes in delivery of care homes and retirement apartments across the south. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work on a new build £40m traditional build retirement village in Littlehampton.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Taking build from 1st fix through to completion

*

Managing the finish quality and liaising with Clerk of Works and end client to ensure quality

*

Managing and motivation of all subcontractors and site based staff

*

General assistance to the Project Manager when needed

Requirements:

*

SSSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid

*

At least years 3+ years experience working as an Assistant Site Manager for a main contractor on new build accommodation schemes.
