Are you a passionate and driven sales professional ready to make an impact? Our client, a leader in the training and education sector, is looking for a talented Business Development Executive to help grow their reach and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders/decision-makers from a mix of new and existing customers through telephone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

* Growing the product footprint by engaging with customers and expanding networks.

* Preparing quotes and proposals while inputting, analysing, and interpreting sales data using Microsoft Dynamics to qualify sales opportunities and prioritize workload.

* Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.

* Developing and executing a quarterly territory plan to maximize sales opportunities.

* Continuously building your product knowledge and refining your sales techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven Sales Success: A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* B2B Sales Experience: At least two years of experience engaging with internal or external stakeholders/decision-makers across multiple channels.

* Data-Driven: Skilled in analyzing sales data to support planning and decision-making.

* Personal Drive: Motivated to continuously grow your skill set and product expertise.

* Strong Values: Align with the company's culture of tenacity, resilience, and positivity.

* Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

* Professional Readiness: Willingness to undergo DBS, BPSS, SC, DV, or Disclosure Scotland checks if required.
