Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Technician on a permanent basis located in Essex. 

The role is suited to a candidate with a proven track record of delivering working drawings for housing developers, HA’s, Contractors and SMEs, either from within an architect’s office or within a housing developer/contractor.

Responsibilities

The delivery of Working Drawing projects within the technical team.
Liaising with team members, consultants and occasionally the client.
Self-checking drawings/information to ensure quality remains as high as possible.
Helping with ancillary tasks associated with the business/team to help improve efficiency and quality
Key skills/qualifications should include:

Excellent drawing and report writing skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Commercial awareness.
Excellent technical understanding, particularly in relation to housing delivery for housebuilders.
Hardworking, team-player.
Skilled in AutoCAD and possibly Revit
MS Office
