M4 Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi Skill Operative to join one of our clients based in Royal Wootton Bassett.

About the Role
• This position entails the machining of timber to cutting sheet specifications and assembling the finished product
• Some heavy lifting may be involved
• Previous experience in this sector is required

Person Specification
• You will be a practically minded team player who, once received appropriate training, will be able to work independently. Punctual, versatile, organised and able to meet deadlines, with strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings/cutting sheets
Skills/Qualifications:
• Competent in the use of wood working tools including a nail gun, riveter, various wood saws i.e., beam saw, cross-cut saw, wall saw, CNC machine and various hand tools associated with carpentry
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and cutting sheets
• Strong numerical competence essential

Hours of Work:
Full-time: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.00pm, Friday 8am–2pm
