The Role

Join our team as a Claims Administrator, where you will serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients and customers. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting the smooth operation of the business.

This dynamic role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

Manage end to end process of ‘job’ from receiving new claim and initial contact through to all party liaison and administration.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, jobs, and feedback.

Prepare and send job confirmations, invoices, and other necessary documentation.

Track job progress and follow up with the team to ensure completion within deadlines.

Effectively addressing and resolving queries and complaints – escalate to team lead where appropriate.

Handle emergencies, such as service delays, with poise and efficiency.

Liaise with customers and the team to find solutions quickly and minimize disruption.

Maintaining professional communication with customers, insurers, and colleagues.
