An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a client in Haddenham. They are looking to fulfil a brand new position for a Warehouse Supervisor.

This is being recruited on a Permanent basis.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the daily Warehouse Operation, ensuring that Production & Customer fulfilment targets are met, as well as managing the Warehouse team on a day – day basis.

This is a ‘Hands on’ role and will involve working within the Warehouse, assisting the team with general duties as required.

This will suit an experienced candidate that thrives in fast paced environment, with great organisational skills and an eye for detail.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, duties to include but not limited too:

* Operations Management

* Inventory Control

* Safety, Quality and Compliance

* Process Improvement

* Team Leadership

* General Warehouse duties – this is a hands on role.

The ideal candidate will come from a Warehousing background & have previous Supervisory experience. Have great organisational skill, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to operations.

The company is offering a salary of between £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, D.O.E, 20 Days holiday + 8 Bank holidays and an additional 3 days granted over the Christmas period. Holiday increases to 25 days + 8 after 5 years of service.
