Join Our Team as an Exteriors Launch Engineer!
We are searching for an Exteriors Launch Engineer to lead the charge in developing and delivering cutting-edge exterior systems for our vehicles. This is a contract role to start ASAP until the end of November 2024.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead & Innovate: Manage the engineering, development, and delivery of exterior parts.
* Collaborate: Work closely with program teams, suppliers, and various departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
* Problem-Solve: Own and resolve issues from start to finish, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
* Travel: Support supplier visits and build activities as needed.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Technical Expertise: Proficient in engineering tools (DFMEA, DVP) and CAD systems (Teamcenter, VisMockup).
* Problem-Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex technical issues with a data-driven approach.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to present and negotiate effectively.
* Experience: Proven track record in automotive product launch and familiarity with manufacturing techniques. Experience in a hands-on development/workshop environment with fabricating, assembly technologies and ability to understand technical drawing is ideal but not essential.
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree (or equivalent)
* Full driving license
