JRRL are looking for an organised Administrator looking to make a difference in a thriving construction company. You will be managing the office administration and scheduling contractors to maximise their time and efficiency. This is a full-time permanent role, office based with onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities for the Administrator role:
Receiving calls from clients and scheduling contractors taking into consideration the location of the call out and scheduling the day to maximise efficiency
Being responsible for email correspondence
Keeping clients up to date throughout
Upkeep of company database and job status
Office administration as required
Person Specification for the Administrator:
Experience with scheduling maintenance and repair works
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
The Administrator role is a full-time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate's level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role's requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above
