My client, a forward thinking, exciting organisation are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will

* Deliver excellent customer service, speaking to customers to convert enquiries into customers

* Tailor make packages to suit each customers needs

* Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner

* Advising customers on itineraries

* Deal with all relevant administration

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key skills should include:

* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

* Accurate typing skills and attention to detail

* The ability to work in a fast paced office environment as part of a rapidly growing team

* Excellent numerical and IT skills

* Flexibility to adapt well to change and the ability to use your initiative to resolve issues
