An opportunity has opened for an Assistant Site Manager to support the Project Manager on a £17m storage facility project at Tilbury Docks. This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable professional with groundworks experience and a strong understanding of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing site operations, ensuring project timelines, quality, and safety are upheld.

Support groundworks and engineering tasks, ensuring smooth execution.

*

Manage inDex software, ensuring accurate project data input and tracking.

*

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams, resolving issues proactively.

*

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

Groundworks experience preferred (formal qualifications not required).

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential).

*

Valid driving licence and access to transport.

*

Basic IT literacy and willingness to work with inDex software.

*

Strong communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively.

Proactive problem-solver, eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
