Job Brief:
Lead and inspire your team during kitchen shifts, ensuring food quality and smooth service
Oversee prep, production, and presentation, keeping standards high
Manage stock, control food costs, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
Mentor junior chefs and help them develop in their roles
Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness at all times
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years in a kitchen environment (Sous Chef or senior chef de partie experience preferred)
Ability to lead a team and take charge of your section
A passion for food, attention to detail, and a creative flair
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
