Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning multidisciplinary practice located between Leeds & Wakefield.
 
Based just off the motorway, this award-winning practice is looking to add a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to their team of 23 employees.
 
This practice started up as a planning consultancy and they are considered the leading and largest masterplanning & planning consultancy in Yorkshire.

They have an architectural team of 5 which consists of Architects and now due to further workload, they are seeking a Part 2 to join them.
 
The Role:- Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Work across various stages of the RIBA Design Process
Produce sketch designs & feasibility studies & technical designs
Client liaison & site visits
Prepare & produce planning applications
Support & mentoring for his Part 3
Work on AutoCAD, Revit & Sketchup They work on a wide variety of projects including commercial, sustainable homes, retail, & industrial projects. You could find yourself working on the extension and remodelling of commercial projects, luxury sustainable residential homes, industrial developments and redevelopment of leisure centres and offices.
 
The salary for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant position is between £28K-£33K depending on previous experience. They have a flexible working arrangement and all staff can work at home 1 day a week.
