As Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of cross-class commercial insurance risks, looking after an existing book of clients. This role will suit an experienced Commercial Account Handler with a proven broking background and strong technical knowledge across a range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims and queries for your clients.

* Always providing an exceptional level of customer service, representing the business in a highly professional manner.

* Building and retaining excellent working relationships with both clients and insurers.

* Ensuring clients receive the best possible cover to meet their insurance needs.

Experience and Skills:

* Proven insurance broking experience as a Commercial Account Handler is a must.

* Strong knowledge across a wide range of commercial insurance risks.

* Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.

* A keen eye for detail, with the ability to understand and assess risk.

* Be highly organised and able to manage your time efficiently and effectively.
