Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in Telford? ABC Teachers is seeking dedicated and professional cover supervisors to join our team.

About the role

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
Assist students with their learning, providing guidance and supervision.
Support school staff with additional tasks, such as marking and feedback.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor with experience you will:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced school environment.
Ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
