NXTGEN is pleased to be working with a well-known and highly reputable business based in King's Lynn, who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the financial and strategic direction of a thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts for submission to auditors.
Oversee the preparation and control of annual budgets and cost models.
Manage cash flow, payroll, pensions, and company insurance policies.
Oversee the preparation of bi-annual royalty reports.
Lead and manage the Administration Department, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control functions.
Ensure compliance with company taxation obligations, including VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax.

The successful Finance Manager will be qualified to at least AAT level and have previous experience in a similar managerial role. Alternatively, candidates with relevant accountancy qualifications and experience looking to progress into a commercial management position will also be considered. You must have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving financial targets, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Advanced Excel skills and strong IT proficiency are essential for this role
