We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee developments in Essex.

This is a key role within our team, and we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the PLC enviroment. This would suit someone who is famailar with the processes and prodcures within a Tier 1- aong with a fast paced enviroment

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage sales operations across multiple development sites.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

* Work closely with the Sales Director and wider team to drive performance.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a PLC housebuilder.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple developments.

* Experience with new home sales and customer relations.

Package:

* £55,000 basic salary with an OTE of an additional £25k
