We are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Assistant to join an established organisation in the Marston green area. This role is offering a temporary position in a reputable organisation, helping to provide high quality administrative support to the tenancy team.

As a Tenancy Sustainment Assistant, your main duties will be:
Managing your own caseload of work, helping to process housing applications and change of circumstances
Working collaboratively with your team to update and maintain the housing register
Communicating effectively with both internal/ external customers via both telephone, email and face to face correspondence
Liaising with social providers with regards to advertising properties and collection information
Assisting with end of tenancies, raising voids, key returns etc To be successful as a Tenancy Sustainment Assistant, you will need:
Good understanding of housing policies and procedures
Knowledge of housing applications and working with social providers
Ability to liaise with different people, ensuring good customer service We would be really interested in speaking to anyone who has experience in: Tenancy Services Assistant, Tenancy Administrator, Tenancy services administrator, housing assistant, housing registry, allocations assistant, allocations administrator, lettings assistant.
