About Us:

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Care Supervisor to oversee the quality of care provided and ensure our clients receive the best support possible.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a team of care workers, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
• Conduct client assessments, care plan reviews, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients and their families to ensure care meets their needs.
• Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals for care staff.
• Support the recruitment and induction of new care workers.
• Manage client and staff schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist with any urgent care visits when necessary.
• Ensure all care documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in a care supervisor or similar role within the home care sector.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive approach with excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) is desirable.
