Are you an experienced Java Developer ready to lead a team in an exciting public sector project? We're seeking TWO Team Leads for a major government initiative.

Rate: Up to £200 per day

Contract Length: Initial 12 months with potential extension

Essential Experience: ✅ 5+ years Java 8 development experience ✅ 2-5 years Oracle expertise ✅ 4+ years Curam V7 experience (essential) ✅ 2+ years PIPCS experience (essential) ✅ Strong software engineering best practices ✅ Experience with user stories and business requirements

Location & Working Pattern:

* Blackpool-based

* Hybrid working (minimum 40% office-based)

* Flexible arrangements available

Security:

* BPSS clearance required

What You'll Need:

* Proven track record in Java development

* Strong Oracle database knowledge

* Experience leading technical teams

* Excellent understanding of software engineering principles

* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
