Power and Propulsion Engineer

Location: Glasgow or Portsmouth (hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (Based on experience)
Security: SC clearance (BPSS to start)

What You'll Do:

* Lead technical analyses, design reviews, and investigations.

* Develop, refine, and appraise Power & Propulsion systems in line with industry standards.

* Collaborate with customers and suppliers to solve complex engineering challenges.

* Guide and mentor junior team members for effective performance and growth.

* Make key decisions within your area of expertise, shaping cutting-edge systems.

* Change management and supplier management

What We're Looking For:

* Strong expertise in Power & Propulsion systems and integration.

* Experience with system requirements and integration within highly regulated industries.

* Ideally, knowledge of shaft line equipment, steering gear, and active stabilisers.
