My client are a worldwide, award winning manufacturer, developer and fit out contractor. Each project is totally unique and valued from £100k through to £2million and is seen and used millions of people each year! They are a forward thinking; market focused company, delivering creative design and build solutions adapted to their client’s needs. No two assignments are even remotely similar and will certainly give you a wide variety of quality projects, none of which you would not have worked on previously.
They have a £15million turnover, £1million of which is generated by the Special works Team. This team overseas maintenance, repairs and smaller projects under £100k. They are seeking a General/ Office Manager to oversee the operations.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Directors you role will include:
Checking of invoices into the office, are correct and assigned to the correct project.
Pre Start Project checks, sourcing prices for materials. soil contamination reports.
Ensuring drawings are correct and up to date for the site teams
Quoting for works and following up any sales leads
Send out invoices and chasing any outstanding
Monthly meeting with contractors to ensure projects are on time and discuss any issues
Keeping track of all external hire plant and off hiring as soon as possible to restrict costs
