This is the role for you… The business are built on a strong foundation within motorsport and they have a fantastic reputation within this sector for the quality of their work and quick turnaround of parts.

They are looking for an experienced supervisor from a CNC milling machining background to lead a small but highly skilled milling department. You will need to be an ex machinist so you have a strong understanding of the processes involved with CNC milling. On the supervisory side you will need a couple of years experience as a supervisor or team leader. You will be delegating work, carrying out appraisals, ensure the quality standards are being met and looking into any training requirements.

Experience you need;

Experienced CNC Miller, 5 axis experience preferred
Supervisory experience
Ideally Haas, Fanuc or Siemens controls, but others would be considered
Work from technical drawings
The business are an established sub contract manufacturer who have gone through a re-vamp in recent years that have earnt themselves a great reputation within the industries they supply into. As a business they have some ambitious growth plans lead by a team of senior managers with which this position will play a key role in.
