Our client is a global SaaS type company with a range of accountancy software products supplying the FinTech market.. They are now seeking a Software Support Specialist with a strong accountancy & Payroll software background for a post sales support role based at their impressive UK headquarters in central London. This is an long 24 month contract with 2 days in their offices in London.

Duties

* Activate customer subscriptions and increase & accelerate adoption of other products.

* Support customers from the start of their entire journey

* Experience in engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

* Help develop the approach to customer activation and retention.

Skills

* Accounting or bookkeeping , Payroll and software knowledge.

* Ability to build urgency in customers to activate and use their subscriptions.

* Experience delivering software-based product onboarding or training.

* Great communication skills
