We're recruiting on behalf of an IT Services Provider who are looking for a CRM System Specialist to work on a critical migration project across their salesforce/HubSpot CRM system.

As a CRM System Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Help lead the migration process between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and completeness.
Work within a detailed migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
Configure HubSpot/Salesforce systems to meet business requirements.
Integrate CRM platforms with existing tools and systems (e.g. marketing automation, analytics, ERP).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the migration process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems, including administration and migration.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data structures and integration processes.
Certifications in Salesforce (e.g. Salesforce Administrator) or HubSpot (desirable)
