We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programmes to ensure that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, the ability to analyse training needs, and familiarity with HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

* Design and implement comprehensive training programmes tailored to various departments within the organisation.

* Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in skills and knowledge among employees.

* Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.

* Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes.

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and assessments.

* Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

* Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with organisational goals.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a training or instructional design role is preferred.

* Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

* Ability to analyse data effectively to inform training decisions.

* Familiarity with HACCP principles is advantageous.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Proficient in using various software tools for creating training materials and managing records.
