The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work one-on-one or in small groups with children who need additional support. Your role will involve assisting with their learning, emotional development, and social skills, ensuring they feel safe and confident in the school environment. Previous experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or other special educational needs is highly desirable. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential.
